Rates

Payment will be collected immediately upon completion of work.

We offer free estimates!

On-site estimates will also be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Standard Rates:

These rates are for “standard issues” (e.g. bathroom sink blockages, tub/shower blockages, laundry blockages, etc.) More in depth issues such as kitchen drain issues or stack/sewer issues will have different rates.

Base Service Fee

$85 – Base service charge + first 30 minutes

Quarter-Hourly Rate

$25 per quarter hour after initial service fee

Equipment and Materials

Additional fees will be added depending on the equipment needed, as well as any materials needed.

Kitchen Sink Rates:

For clearing blockages an initial service fee of $125 will be applied. Refer to pricing above for following rates.

For drain cleaning an initial fee of $175 will be applied. Refer to pricing above for following rates. Depending on age of drain/severity of issue, other options may also need to be considered.

Stack/Sewer Rates:

For stack blockages, a minimum fee of $250 will be applied. Following rates will vary.

For main sewer blockages a minimum fee of $300 will be applied. Following rates will vary.
